Delivery Information

SHIPPING:
All new orders will be shipped within 48 hours to the delivery address that was submitted along with the order in unmarked padded envelopes.
SHIPPING OPTIONS:
We send our goods via “An Post”. During the checkout you will be given following options:
United Kingdom:
- Standard delivery – Not Insured (This option is not insured). A flat charge rate of £3 British Pounds will be applied.
- Registered post – (RECOMMENDED) - Fully insured up to value of the goods. A flat charge rate of £6.50 British Pounds will be applied.
Ireland:
- Standard delivery - Not Insured (This option is not insured). A flat charge rate of £2.50 British Pounds will be applied.
- Registered post – (RECOMMENDED) - Fully insured up to value of the goods. A flat charge rate of £5 British Pounds will be applied.
Rest of World:
- Standard delivery – Not Insured (This option is not insured). A flat charge rate of £3 British Pounds will be applied.
- Registered post – (RECOMMENDED) - Fully insured up to value of the goods. A flat charge rate of £6.50 British Pounds will be applied.
By placing an order outside of European Union you acknowledge that you know what taxes, duties or other related charges may be applicable upon arrival in your country, and that you agree to pay for them if you are asked to do so by the Courier or Postal Service.

RETURN POLICY:
Customers have the right to cancel any order and return the goods within fourteen working days from the date of receipt of the goods. Due to the nature of our products we will only accept unworn and original sealed items. We cannot refund or exchange a worn item unless it is faulty. In case of faulty goods we will replace them free of charge, however we will require a proof of any defects. We will only refund delivery costs if the return is due to our error.
