Yes, All of our products displayed on our website are in stock. This enables us to ship the items within 24 hours.

Is it safe to use my credit/debit card on your site?
Of course, we ensure all the transactions on our website are secure. We process our payments via paypal and moneybookers. During the checkout process when you are asked to provide your payment details, you will be redirected to the payment providers secure page, which will handle the payment transaction. We do not keep payment details on our system.
Do you ship worldwide?
Yes we can provide international shipping. For details of the shipping costs go to our delivery information page.
What is your shipping options?
We send our goods via “An Post”. During the checkout you will be given following options:
- Standard delivery - Not Insured (This option is not insured). A flat charge rate of 2.70 euro will be applied.
- Registered post – (RECOMMENDED) - Fully insured up to value of the goods. A flat charge rate of 5.75 euro will be applied.
Rest of World:
- Standard delivery – Not Insured (This option is not insured). A flat charge rate of 3.50 euro will be applied.
- Registered post – (RECOMMENDED) - Fully insured up to value of the goods. A flat charge rate of 7.85 euro will be applied.
By placing an order outside of European Union you acknowledge that you know what taxes, duties or other related charges may be applicable upon arrival in your country, and that you agree to pay for them if you are asked to do so by the Courier or Postal Service.
When will my order be shipped?
Goods will only be dispatched subject to payment clearance. All our products are in stock so once payment is cleared, we can ship your order within 24 hours. All orders are shipped in unmarked padded envelopes. If you have any delivery instructions, or special requirements, please provide the information at the ‘Delivery Method’ section on the checkout page.
Do I have to create an account to place an order?
You can place your order with or without creating an account. If you prefer not to create an account you can select the ‘Guest Checkout’ option on the checkout page.
Are there any benefits to having an account with you?

I have forgotten my login password, how do I get a reminder?

Do you charge sales tax on any item?
Get It Covered is required by law to collect VAT tax on orders shipped to all European Countries. If you are shipping to any of EU country, the appropriate charges will be added to your merchandise total and displayed on your final order confirmation. If you are shipping outside of European Union the VAT tax will not be added, but your items may subject to taxes and duties in your country. By placing an order outside of European Union you acknowledge that you know what taxes, duties or other related charges may be applicable upon arrival in your country, and that you agree to pay for them if you are asked to do so by the Courier or Postal Service.
Do you provide any discounts?
Yes, currently we provide to all students a 10% discount on our online store. For details on how you can avail of this discount visit our student discount page.
I want to return my purchase! What do I do?
You have the right to cancel any order and return the goods within fourteen working days from the date of receipt of the goods. Due to the nature of our products we will only accept unworn and original sealed items. We cannot refund or exchange a worn item unless it is faulty. In case of faulty goods we will replace them free of charge, however we will require a proof of any defects. We will only refund delivery costs if the return is due to our error. In the unlikely event of returning an item, please email us first at: firstname.lastname@example.org or fill in the product return form.
How can I write a review on a product?
You can write a product review in two different ways:
- Open the product page that you would like to write a review
- Click the "Review" tab
- Write your review and click the "Continue" button
- Your feedback has been completed and waiting for the approval.
- Write your product review and send it to email@example.com with the product name and we will post it for you.
Do you have a catalog?
No. Currently, we have a 'virtual' catalog. In order to ensure that our customers have access to the most current styles, prices, sizes, and overall selection, we do not publish a catalog that you may purchase directly from.
